The Project

riverside innovation is a work/live project that merges the concept of a pocket neighborhood with soft industrial, loft style spaces.

Located at 874 Riverside St. in Portland Maine, the project sits on a two-acre piece of land adjacent to the Portland Trails system and near the site of the old Riverton Trolley Park.  Enjoy easy access from the property right onto the trail system, including stairs which take you to the Presumpscot river.

The project is designed to keep the buildings off the edges of the property so the maximum amount of land is left undisturbed. The design is an illustration of how a site can have density without over burdening the land or adversely effecting neighboring properties.
